Workout= 3.4 miles at a supposed to be hard pace.

Time- 21:20

Average Pace= 6:16 per mile

Comments- I started off at a hard but reasonable pace then slowed down slightly realizing that I probably had about 3 miles to go. I was unfamiliar with any markers around the course so I really didnt know what kind of pace I was running at. However it felt kinda slow. I never could trust my feelings on these runs, the watch never lies however. I ended up starting to run hard too late around the course and ended up with an unwanted time. I finished and I had a lot left. I just wished I knew the markers around the loop. I'll check that out tonight.
